The Why

Why I created the Independent Agent Alliance.

Independent agents should not have to choose between keeping their independence and having access to mentorship, education, professional relationships, and community.

The origin

There had to be another way.

Different models

I experienced boutique brokerage structures, mentorship programs, teams, virtual brokerages, fees, splits, recruiting organizations, and compensation systems connected to agent production.

Value versus structure

Some models provide meaningful value. Others continue a long-standing structure in which many parties can earn from the work of the agent closing the transaction.

The question

What if agents could connect directly with mentors and professionals without another organization taking part in the relationship?

The philosophy

Everyone participates on equal footing.

No recruiting

IAA is not designed to feed brokerages, teams, uplines, downlines, or revenue-sharing structures.

No hierarchy

No premium, preferred, elite, VIP, top-vendor, or early-adopter status.

Direct relationships

IAA creates visibility and connection, then stays out of the professional relationship.
