Search public profiles by specialty, experience, location, availability, rates, and contact method.
Call, text, email, or visit the mentor’s website using the information they chose to publish.
Discuss scope, scheduling, payment, expectations, and boundaries directly with each other.
Meet by phone, video, screen share, or in person according to your independent agreement.
IAA receives no percentage, booking charge, override, or control over the engagement.
Mentees can later become mentors and share their own experience with the community.
