Participate professionally
- Treat members professionally. No harassment, discrimination, threats, or personal attacks.
- No recruiting schemes, downlines, MLM promotion, deceptive business opportunities, or spam.
- Disclose business interests when recommending a service.
- Protect confidential client and transaction information and do not publish another person’s private information.
- Do not post copyrighted forms, contracts, manuals, MLS materials, or proprietary documents without permission.
- Do not provide legal advice unless appropriately qualified, and use appropriate limitations even when qualified.
- Clearly distinguish verified information from personal experience.
- Respect moderation decisions and use the contact process to request review.
Moderation and reporting
Members may report content. Authorized administrators may hide, restore, lock, pin, or remove content with a recorded reason and audit history. IAA Administration does not silently rewrite member wording.
Public moderation notices identify the reviewer only as IAA Administration. Internal audit records retain the authenticated administrator account identifier and are not public.
Appeals
If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you may submit an appeal through the IAA Contact page or designated support channel. Appeals are reviewed by IAA Administration.
IAA preserves the appeal request, original moderation record, and appeal outcome. Independent review is not promised where current staffing does not support it.
Draft for founder and professional legal review before unrestricted public launch.
